PayPal agents in Zimbabwe?
PayPal agents in Zimbabwe are available though they may not be officially placed by PayPal. So if you want to make a payment online then you will have to look for these “agents” and you give them cash and they pay on your behalf to whoever recipient you need the money to get to.
